Service Delivery Manager – ERP Oracle Fusion Live Services

Summer-Browning Associates is currently supporting our client in the Central Government, who is seeking a Service Delivery Manager for an initial 3-month assignment with an option to extend.

Location: London / Milton Keynes / East Kilbride - Hybrid/Remote

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Service Delivery, specifically within ERP Oracle Fusion Live Services.
• Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) in secure environments, such as Defence or Central Government.
• Strong leadership skills in managing both an ERP Team and a Test Team.
• Experience in delivery management, applying Prince2 principles, and overseeing BAU performance, continual service improvement &արմար service optimisation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Product Owners and Product Managers responsible for the Product Roadmap and Backlog.
• Experience in leading preparations for the Change and Release Board, including attending meetings and representing the delivery of change.
• Excellent Business Relationship Management skills.
