A well-established property business in High Peak is seeking a Service Charge Accounts Manager to ensure service charge accounts are accurate and compliant. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in residential service charge accounting and strong analytical skills. A competitive salary of £30,000 – £40,000 is offered along with additional benefits such as 21 days holiday, a pension scheme, and a supportive work culture.

As Service Charge Accounts Manager, you’ll be at the centre of ensuring service charge accounts are accurate, transparent, and fully compliant. You’ll liaise with property managers, directors, leaseholders, and external accountants, making sure finances are clear, well-communicated, and delivered on time.
