Reporting to the Head of Accounts, you'll be responsible for the accurate and efficient accounting of a mixed property portfolio, supporting Property Managers and clients with all service charge and financial matters.

You’ll manage the full service charge accounting cycle, from producing budgets and raising demands through to reconciling year‑end accounts and liaising with external accountants. The role involves regular contact with clients, leaseholders, and internal teams to ensure timely and transparent financial management.
