Overview

Can you bring your sales experience to our team at ASSA ABLOY? Join our team based in Sheffield, UK and enjoy a collaborative culture that empowers you to build a career you can be proud of. This is a fully remote / field role based in the South.

Responsibilities
  • Drive profitable growth of the Service portfolio in line with company targets and objectives in the defined geographical area, working with the UK Service Sales Manager and internal sales team.
  • Retain and renew profitable service contracts while supporting the service coordinator.
  • Secure new profitable service contracts from target customers within the sales area.
  • Promote and sell the full service portfolio.
  • Conduct field-based sales with weekly meetings, reviewing savings, downtime prevention, contract benefits, and conversion of new installs into service contracts (60%). Maintain CRM records and collaborate with key account sales and service engineers.
  • Work with colleagues on joint projects and provide accurate forecasts to the UK Service Sales Manager.
Skills and Experience
  • Experience in field sales selling service solutions (industry experience would be beneficial).
  • Strong focus on customer account management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM systems.
  • Full Driving License.
  • IT literacy with extensive experience of Microsoft Office.
