Role - Service Advisor/Service Receptionist (No weekends)

Salary and location

Salary - £30,000 basic OTE £38,000

Richard Abson Group are helping a prestige car dealership in Preston, to find them a quality Service Advisor / Service Receptionist.

Responsibilities

As a Service Advisor / Service Receptionist, you will be assisting customers with enquiries, technical information and providing progress updates on their vehicles. As well as sales of Service Plans, and additional services.

Requirements

• At least 1 years' experience in the same role or similar (within the main dealer network).
• Enthusiasm and passionate about customer service and sales.
• Use of Kerridge and 1Link (preferred).

Salary and working hours

The business is offering a competitive basic salary of up to £30,000, with additional (uncapped) bonus' for hours sold, up/cross-sales, and service plan sales - earning £38,000. Working hours are Monday to 8am-6pm and NO WEEKENDS AT ALL!!!
