Job summary

A leading automotive service company located in Bletchley is seeking an experienced Service Advisor. You will be responsible for booking appointments, managing customer requirements, and handling complaints. The ideal candidate must have service advisor experience, knowledge of DMS systems, and a full UK Driving Licence. This role offers a basic salary of £26,000 with OTE of £32,000.

Qualifications

• Must have previous experience as a Service Advisor.
• Knowledge of Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems or similar.
• Must be money motivated and confident in upselling.
• Fully customer focused and presentable.
• Ability to thrive within a busy service department.
• Full clean UK Driving Licence required.
