• Working experience within a Service Advisor role.
• Proven ability to upsell on service work and service plans.
• Strong customer service skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Familiarity with Motor Dealership Database Software is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with customers regarding service and repair work.
• Produce Job Cards using in-house computer systems.
• Maintain and update customer and vehicle records.
• Prepare and complete invoices for services rendered.
• Advise customers on estimated repair costs and timelines.
• Carry out ad-hoc duties as the role requires.

We are currently advertising on behalf of an Automotive reputable family‑run Main Dealership, who are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department in the Cambridge area. Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Service Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.

Duties of role

• Professionally communicate with customers about service and repair work required on their vehicle
• Produce Job Cards on in‑house computer systems
• Update Customers and Vehicle Records
• Prepare and complete Invoices
• Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work due to be completed
• Other Ad‑Hoc Duties as the role requires

For your hard work, our client is offering a salary of up to £33,000 with OTE of circa £36,000.
