Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries over the phone and email.
• Book vehicles for MOTs and service.
• Delegate engineers for repairs and breakdowns.
• Complete customer reports and service logs.
• Arrange and delegate repairs in the workshop.
• Complete quality check services and update records.
• Liaise with customers on costs and manage bookings.
