What You’ll Do
  • Create SEO-Optimised Content: Write articles, blogs and web pages that answer the questions our audience cares about (for instance, explaining the difference between die‑cut and kiss‑cut stickers).
  • Offer Real-World Insight: Use examples or anecdotes to illustrate how our products and services solve practical problems.
  • Conduct Competitor Research: Investigate what others are doing in our niche and find opportunities to stand out by delivering genuinely helpful content.
  • Build E‑E‑A‑T: Incorporate experience, expertise, authority and trustworthiness into all writing, referencing up‑to‑date facts and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Our Team: Work with our teams to include relevant visuals, and communicate with project managers to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
  • Content Planning: Develop outlines and structures for articles that are easy to follow, logical and address common questions.
  • SEO Best Practices: Perform keyword research, optimise headings and subheadings, and use internal linking to help readers discover our related guides and product pages.
  • Editorial Standards: Proofread, fact‑check and maintain consistency with our brand guidelines.
  • Performance Tracking: Evaluate how well your content performs using key metrics such as page views, bounce rates and conversions.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven Writing Background: Experience in content creation, ideally within eCommerce or a related field.
  • SEO Savvy: Comfortable using SEO tools and strategies to ensure high visibility and relevance.
  • Research‑Oriented: Able to delve into competitor content, discover gaps and propose new angles that add value.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent spelling, grammar, and coherence, with solid proofreading skills.
  • Team Player: Strong communication skills and a willingness to brainstorm collaboratively.

We also welcome applicants who have worked as Radio Presenters or Journalists. If you have on‑air broadcasting or journalistic experience, that is a bonus, as it often translates into a knack for storytelling and quick thinking.
