Qualifications

• Must hold a valid First Aid certificate for the duration of the contract.
• Qualified as a Dinghy and/or Windsurf Instructor with specified qualifications.
• Ability to assist guests with rigging and de-rigging water sports equipment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding water sports instruction in line with RYA syllabus.
• Prepare and organise activities on and off the water.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met.
• Organise social events and briefings.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well under pressure

Strong organisational and time management skills

Ability to deliver fun, engaging, and informative tuition

Knowledge of current Sailing / Windsurfing industry

Education

Royal Yachting Association (RYA) - Windsurfing or Dinghy Instructor qualification

Power Boat Level 2 certificate

International Certificate of Competence (ICC)
