Responsibilities

• Provide operational transport planning support to drivers and customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal customers.
• Give effective and clear instructions in a professional manner.
• Plan, book, record and confirm transport arrangements.
• Operate the computer traffic system ensuring accurate data input.
• Liaise with drivers, shipping agents & freight forwarders.
• Handle any consignment issues within the transport office.
• Provide calculations regarding sales and job costs.
