Senior travel concierge consultant - Required for this fantastic expanding tour operator. Travel concierge experience is a must, salary 35 / 45k , bonus, fantastic benefits, homebased or hybrid.

Senior travel concierge consultants duties

• Working along side the travel consultant, attending the initial meeting with the HNWI.
• Once the client has booked you will deal with all the requirements the client may have. Ranging from Spa treatments, restaurant and menu lists, particular rooms in hotels, food and drinks required on their private jets. Fine details as the particular drinks they want on their Yacht.
• Speaking to the client regularly on email, phone etc to make sure they have the perfect, seamless trip. Making sure you are on hand when they travel in case of any problems.

Senior travel concierge skills required

• Travel concierge experience is a must, dealing with very HNWIs
• Experience dealing with European destinations
• Your attention to details must be amazing to make sure the trip runs smoothly and as expected
• Experience booking restaurants, spas etc
