A leading national planning consultancy is looking for a Senior Town Planner to join its expanding Bristol team. You'll be joining a respected and well-established consultancy with a strong pipeline of diverse and exciting projects. The team advises a wide range of private sector clients including developers, landowners, and retailers across residential, commercial, and mixed-use schemes.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver complex planning applications and appeals
  • Provide strategic advice to clients on a variety of development proposals
  • Represent clients in negotiations with local planning authorities
  • Contribute to business development and client relationship management
  • Support junior members of the team and help foster a collaborative culture
About You
  • A degree in Town Planning or related field (RTPI accredited)
  • Full RTPI membership
  • Relevant experience in a similar role ideally within consultancy
  • Excellent communication, written and verbal
  • Client facing skills
  • Ability to manage various projects from conception to completion
