This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a diverse team of professionals, including a well-established support workforce.

The position involves managing and prioritising your own caseload under the guidance of registered practitioners, providing high-quality support to therapists, and assisting with patient rehabilitation across various settings such as patients' homes, clinics, or community environments. Effective communication, flexibility, time management, and problem-solving skills are essential.

The role requires travel across different geographic locations within the Trust footprint, using a car or other mobility means, depending on service needs.

You will work independently or as part of a team, supporting our Team Administrators with referral processing as needed. We focus strongly on staff well-being and aim to enable everyone to perform at their best. Our commitment is to deliver high-quality services to our patients through a supportive team approach.

We offer bespoke training and development opportunities, including involvement in service development projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a designated caseload and implement therapy programmes as identified.
  2. Prioritise and balance clinical, patient, and service demands with support.
  3. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and adopt an MDT approach in patient management.
  4. Actively manage the support workforce waiting list.
  5. Contribute to student education and support newly registered staff.
  6. Maintain basic IT skills to manage administrative tasks and support team administration.
  7. Develop links with voluntary organisations to enhance intervention options.

Our trust is recognized for its Green CAAS accreditation, adopts a Quality Improvement approach, and involves staff at all levels in development projects. Your voice matters to us.

We are committed to providing CPD and learning opportunities, including in-service training and clinical peer supervision. Our service also has a Well-Being working group and access to the wider NCA SCARF strategy.
