Qualifications

• Experience as a Technical Coordinator with a high-volume house builder.
• Demonstrates understanding of the development business.
• Up to date knowledge of CDM regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical management and design coordination on developments.
• Conduct technical reviews prior to planning applications.
• Coordinate investigations of legacy buildings by specialists.
