Were seeking a dedicated Senior Team HCA to join our Community Services team in the Richmond and Hambleton area, where your leadership, empathy, and commitment can make a real difference. Our Community Service team supports patients and their families at home, delivering holistic care that meets physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. As a Senior Team HCA, you will play a vital leadership role coordinating care, managing team members, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring consistently high standards of practice.
You'll also be part of our wider clinical leadership team, working closely with colleagues across the organisation to cultivate a warm, responsive, and compassionate care environment.
What Youll Do:
£31,422.07 a year, 45% of hours need to be in unsocial hours
