Delaware North UK is hiring a full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our collaborative team at our Head Office in Uxbridge, London, to drive recruitment for our teams across Delaware North’s UK sites. When you’re working with locations and events like ours, no two days are the same, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. As Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full life-cycle of the recruitment process at these locations, including liaising with hiring managers, proactively sourcing and responding, recruiting, and onboarding team members, guiding them to their first day of work. What will you do?
  • Support the whole life cycle of application and recruitment across all Delaware North UK venues, proactively sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding all casual, hourly, and full-time permanent team members
  • Liaise with Hiring Managers and the People Team at each stadium to identify priority positions, working closely to help fulfil team member needs, and collaborating with the Innovation Center to ensure appropriate advertisements and recruitment marketing strategies are implemented
  • Implement recruiting strategies to support business growth and budgets, while managing the daily UK recruitment processes, maintaining record systems, and producing recruitment reports for each stadium and the US business
  • Attend careers fairs and hiring events, communicate regularly with candidates throughout the application and hiring processes, liaising with them to obtain identified records, including personal identification, CVs, references, and right to work
  • Ensure compliance with company and legal procedures to maintain consistency with Delaware North’s policies and standards of excellence
More about you
  • 2+ years’ experience, preferably within a fast-paced or hospitality environment
  • No degree required
  • Skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, organisation, accuracy, attention to detail, self-motivation, proactive independent working, teamwork and collaboration, working well under pressure, and written and verbal communication
  • Comprehensive knowledge of UK Right to Work Compliance
