Qualifications

• Proven background of delivering projects under budget and working with sub-contractors.
• Experience covering all areas of the project from procurement through to agreeing valuations for sub-contractors.
• Experience of new build school projects is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Cover all areas of the project from procurement through to agreeing valuations for sub-contractors and dealing with problems quickly and efficiently.
• Be based on site with a Junior QS assisting you and oversee delivery to ensure the project runs smoothly.
