Situated in Westerhope, our home provides a 12-bedded specialist service providing care and support for people with mental health needs.
At Sovereign Court we believe in encouraging residents to live as independently as possible, supporting people with compassionate care and informed decision‑making.
As a Senior Support Worker you’ll balance providing hands‑on care with supporting and supervising your team. Your primary focus will be ensuring that every resident receives exceptional, person‑centred support while helping your colleagues thrive in their roles.
This role requires a mix of practical care and supervisory responsibilities, so you’ll need to feel confident managing multiple tasks while keeping residents’ wellbeing at the forefront.
