Senior Support Worker
Location: 4-bed LD Home
Client Group: EBD Children
Salary: £14.80 per hour, £50 per sleep-in
Hours: 40 hours per week, 2 days on/3 days off

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Support Worker to join our team at a 4-bed LD home, providing care for children with Emotional and Behavioral Difficulties (EBD). The home is rated "Good" by Ofsted, and we are forming a new team to ensure the highest standards of care and support.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care and support tailored to the individual needs of children with EBD
- Lead and supervise the team to ensure effective service delivery
- Develop and implement care plans and risk assessments
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and positive environment
- Facilitate activities and encourage social interaction
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Liaise with families, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders

Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care
- Experience working with children with EBD
- Strong leadership and communication skills
