Overview

Senior Residential Support Worker — Yatton, North Somerset — Full-time 37 hrs/week — £28,500/year (based on experience & qualifications).

About the Role

You'll work in a warm, inclusive 3-bed residential home for children aged 8-18. Your job: lead shifts, guide staff, and make sure every child feels safe, supported, and heard.


Shifts:



  • 7:30-20:00

  • 9:30-21:30

  • Sleep-ins: 22:00-10:30 next day

  • 2-week rolling rota with every 2nd weekend off


What You\'ll Do


  • Lead care planning & risk assessments
