The Role

• Reporting to the Boutique Manager and part of a team of 7
• Be the driving force behind boutique sales, delivering a five‑star styling experience to HNW & UHNW clients.
• Grow your client book through networking, events, and exceptional clientelling.
• Close sales confidently and exceed targets with a proactive, entrepreneurial approach.
• Bring the brand to life through stunning visual merchandising and in‑store presentation.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow‑ups via the CRM system to build lasting relationships.
• Collaborate with your boutique team to create a seamless, luxury experience every time.

Ideal Candidate

• 3+ years in luxury fashion as a Senior Stylist or Senior Sales Consultant.
• A proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.

Additional to the basic salary: £35K‑£42K
