As a key strategic lead, you will be a vital partner to our client and internal teams, ensuring every campaign is rooted in strategic insight drawn from data, industry knowledge and deep customer understanding. They are singularly focused on developing insights from analytics, testing new approaches, and developing innovation plans to unlock growth for every part of the client group.
Your will collaborate with cross functional teams to develop sophisticated data-driven strategies, focused on CRM targeting, messaging, personalisation, and optimisation across 121 channels. You will work closely with our world-class creative, data, and account teams to bring your strategies to life and measure performance to fuel continuous improvement.
You will be a key voice in the wider strategy team, bringing CRM expertise to collaborative projects. The award-winning strategy team comes together weekly to share thinking, inspiration and solve gnarly problems together. The annual \u2018Stratfest\u2019 in September is a prime example of external headline speakers, and inspiration thinkers coming together to elevate our strategic game.
