Overview

We are looking for a Senior Strategic Advisor with a specialism in education to support the development and delivery of international education initiatives across the King’s International family of schools. This role is central to ensuring the quality, consistency, and innovation of our educational offer globally.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting education-focused workstreams, including new school start-up planning, international teacher recruitment, student collaboration programmes, CPD development, and curriculum planning. They will work closely with academic and operational colleagues both in Wimbledon and in partner schools.

This is a term-time only position and working hours will be 8.00am - 4.30pm, 3 days per week, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

Key Responsibilities
  • New school projects: support education workstreams for new international school projects, ensuring alignment with King’s values and standards.
  • International teacher recruitment: Support international teacher recruitment activities, including outreach, candidate engagement, and interviewing.
  • Staff development: Assist in the creation and rollout of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programmes for teaching staff across the international network.
  • Student pathway: Contribute to the design and strategic development of student collaboration initiatives (Student Pathway) across the King’s family of schools, including joint academic projects, cultural exchanges, and virtual learning experiences.
  • Curriculum Refinement: Liaise with academic leads to ensure curriculum coherence and mapping for new school start-ups.
  • KCSWI signature events: Explore the viability and begin planning one of KCSWI’s proposed signature events.
