Compensation: £39,512 / year

Priory Hospital Arnold is looking to recruit a Senior Staff Nurse to join the team. This is a full time role of 37.5 hours per week. Based in the village of Calverton, in Nottingham and set in extensive grounds, Priory Hospital Arnold is an inpatient acute and psychiatric intensive care unit (PICU), for males and females struggling with a wide range of mental health conditions.

What you'll be doing
  • Deliver prescribed care to a defined group of patients/Service users that reflect their individual needs.
  • Assess, plan and deliver, with the patient and their carer/family, nursing care which takes account of patient choice and wishes and acting as the patient’s named nurse. This includes the evaluation and review of these plans, with the patient/Service User, on a frequent basis, that is reflective of their needs.
  • Contribute to a team approach to patient care in conjunction with all members of the Multi-Disciplinary team.
  • Build relationships and effectively communicate and engage with external professionals and stakeholders.
