Qualifications

• Experience of multidisciplinary working.
• Evidence of ability to perform orthodontic procedures without immediate supervision.
• 12 years clinical experience in Orthodontics.

Responsibilities

• Provide orthodontic treatment to patients with complex orthodontic needs.
• Treatment plan orthodontic care for less complex cases.
• Support the running of the orthodontic service through clinical governance.

Skills

Good knowledge of spoken and written English

Participation in continuing professional development (CPD)

Education

Full GDC registration and on the GDC Specialist Register for Orthodontics

Postgraduate training in Orthodontics

Qualification as an Orthodontic Specialist: MOrth

MScD or DDS or equivalent
