Qualifications

• HCPC registration is a must.
• Experience with supervision is essential.
• Familiarity with electronic patient records and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement approaches for family engagement.
• Participate in multi-agency meetings for coordinated care.
• Maintain communication with external agencies for shared objectives.
• Handle complaints in accordance with HCT policy.
• Collect and report data for CQC evidence and patient feedback.
• Provide client information to health service professionals with consent.

Skills

Supervising students or junior staff

Knowledge of safeguarding policies

Competent with electronic patient records

UK driving licence with car

Education
