FINTEC recruit are seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant for their client a leading FINTECH company.

This is a permanent role based in UK or Europe (Remote role with travel as required by the business).

Are you a 3-D Secure expert with deep payments industry experience? Do you thrive on crafting tailored solutions and building trusted relationships with major issuers and acquirers across the UK and Europe? We are looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant to join a fast-growing fintech business and help drive the future of secure digital transactions.

Role & Responsibilities

As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you’ll work closely with Sales and Account teams to support new business development and strategic account growth. You’ll play a critical role in guiding customers through complex technical and business challenges by demonstrating how tailored solutions can meet their goals.

Your focus will be on leveraging your expertise in 3-D Secure and digital authentication to advise some of the largest UK and European issuers and acquirers.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with internal teams to identify customer needs and deliver tailored solution strategies.
• Present compelling product demonstrations and deep technical overviews to prospects and existing clients.
• Support RFPs, RFIs, and security/compliance responses with accurate technical and business input.
• Guide clients on 3-D Secure implementation and best practices in fraud prevention and user experience.
• Understand current client deployments to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Capture and communicate client feedback to inform product development and enhancements.

Skills & Experience

• Deep understanding of the 3-D Secure ecosystem, including EMV 3DS, ACS, and Directory Server roles.
• Proven experience working with large UK and European issuers and acquirers.
• Track record of delivering complex payment solutions in a consultative sales environment.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel at short notice across the UK and Europe.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
