Senior Social Worker – Family Support & Safeguarding Team (Hackney)

We are looking to recruit a Senior Social Worker in the Family Support & Safeguarding Team within Hackney. The successful candidate will be working in a well‑structured, organised team who are growing their social worker staffing levels.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable working environment with experienced leadership, whilst receiving regular supervision and training opportunities. Responsibilities
  • Undertaking initial investigations
  • Undertaking core investigations
  • Operating under the remit of the Children's Act, 1989
  • Attending child protection meetings
  • Managing a high caseload

  • Supporting junior members of the team
