Due to sustained growth and an expanding development pipeline, we are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee one of their flagship luxury housing projects. This is a premium product not volume housebuilding and requires a high level of detail, professionalism, and delivery excellence.

The Role

• Lead site operations on a new‑build development of luxury homes
• Manage programmes, subcontractors, health & safety, and quality control
• Report directly to senior management and liaise with internal departments
• Ensure homes are delivered on time, to budget, and to an exceptional standard

Requirements

• Experience as a Senior Site Manager or strong Site Manager ready to step up
• Proven track record delivering traditional build residential schemes
• Background in high‑spec or bespoke homes is essential
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid certifications
• Excellent leadership and organisational skills
