  • Monitor progress, report to senior management, and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements

  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Excellent understanding of construction methods, project scheduling, and cost management.
  • Relevant Health & Safety qualifications (CSCS, SMSTS or equivalent).
  • Hands‑on, proactive approach with strong problem‑solving skills.
