Responsibilities

  • Monitor engineers' activity and review aeromark.
  • Support the mobilization team with their workload.
  • Add portal updates and handle client requests.
  • Schedule jobs for the survey team to conduct drainage inspections.
  • Sort the tanker plan weekly, managing absences and new teams.
  • Assist the account manager with priority roles.
  • Ensure planning routes and jobs meet SLAs.

Senior Scheduler
£27,000 - £32,000 depending upon experience
Gravesend, Kent
Full Time, Permanent, Monday to Friday 37.5 hour week

Have you got previous experience in scheduling engineers in a busy environment?

Do you work well under pressure and can manage multiple tasks at once?

We are currently recruiting a Senior Scheduler to join the team within our PPM department.

The main purpose of this role is to support the team with scheduling jobs for the Survey teams to carry out drainage inspections, as well as ensuring the planning is organised and structured for the business.

In return, we are offering a salary of up to £32,000 P/A, depending on experience, plus (Progression available, training provided and joining a fast growing business)

This is a full-time, permanent. The hours of work will be Monday - Friday with little flexibility (37.5 hour working week).

Responsibilities
  • Monitoring of engineers' activity and aeromark review
  • Support the mobilisation team with their workload as well as your own.
  • Add portal updates and client request
  • Schedule jobs for the survey team to carry out Drainage inspections
  • Sort the tanker plan on a weekly basis handling any sickness, annual leave or new teams.
  • Support the account manager on priorty roles
  • support the wider team to ensure planning routes and jobs are stuck within their SLA's.
