Overview

A leading global HR Consultancy is expanding its European team and is looking to appoint a Senior SAP Time Consultant with proven expertise in German SAP Time Management. In this role, you will work closely with clients, delivering tailored SAP solutions while collaborating with a network of international colleagues across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary functional expert for SAP Time solutions during client implementations in Germany
• Facilitate workshops to define client requirements relating to positive and negative time processes
• Translate business needs into system configurations and functional designs
• Prepare detailed documentation, including functional designs, workbooks and process flows
• Configure SAP Time Management solutions and coordinate with technical teams for system build
• Oversee data migration processes and coordinate system testing through all phases
• Ensure consistent communication with internal teams across Europe and offshore delivery centres
• Support pre-sales engagements by participating in client assessments and solution scoping

Requirements

• Substantial experience delivering SAP Time Management projects for German organisations
• In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM PT configuration; SuccessFactors Time experience advantageous
• Comfortable working in international and remote team structures
• Native or near-native German language skills (min. C1 level) are mandatory.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Solid understanding of time management processes, reporting tools and end-to-end project delivery
• Familiar with clock-in/clock-out system integration and multiple project rollouts
