Qualifications

  • Expert understanding of global Sanctions regimes (OFAC, UN, EU, UK).
  • Proven experience in major Sanctions Change/Transformation Programmes.
  • Significant hands-on experience in process mapping and designing compliant operating models.
  • Ability to articulate methods for Sanctions checking and associated challenges.
  • Proven track record of influencing and managing senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Provide sanctions domain expertise for the change delivery team.
  • Take ownership of process mapping and design for global sanctions processes.
  • Elicit and document business requirements for key Sanctions systems.
  • Influence and manage complex stakeholders across the organization.
  • Analyze risks related to sanctions breaches and translate them into requirements.
  • Support the delivery of transformation agendas.
