About the job Senior Salesforce Administrator

We are looking for a committed and highly skilled Senior Salesforce Administrator to enhance our clients CRM capabilities and drive efficiency across their business.

The role.

In this newly created role, you will join our clients Application Support Team. You will be the GO-TO for all things Salesforce, and play a crucial role in configuring, customising, and optimising our clients Salesforce environment.

As Senior Salesforce Administrator, you'll be responsible for
  • configuration and enhancement
  • knowledge management
  • training and empowerment
  • change management
  • operational excellence.
Day‑to‑day responsibilities
  • System Administration: Serve as the system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment.
  • Innovation and Integration: Utilise deep technical knowledge to enable new Salesforce capabilities, integrate with third parties, and drive innovation.
  • Configuration and Maintenance: Execute day‑to‑day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM platform.
  • Audit and Upgrades: Perform regular internal system audits, stay current on platform tools, and coordinate feature releases for seamless upgrades.
  • Improvement Advocate: Identify and highlight opportunities for improvements, ensuring the long‑term integrity of the platform.
About you.

We are looking for a self‑motivated and driven Salesforce Administrator. On top of being solution focussed and an analytical, creative problem solver you’ll need the following technical skills and certifications.

You should have:
  • Salesforce Expertise: Significant experience in Salesforce administration, with the following Salesforce Administrator Certifications (ADM‑201 or CRT101) Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification (ADM‑211 or CRT211).
  • Service Cloud: Experience in the configuration and maintenance of Service Cloud.
  • Technical Proficiency: You should be highly proficient in API integrations with Salesforce and a strong understanding of the platform.
  • Stakeholder Management: You’ll have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Passion for Learning: A passion for Salesforce with a learner mindset.
