A day in the life of a Senior Sales Negotiator

  • Liaising with prospective vendors and buyers, and arranging property viewings to meet their needs
  • Negotiating offers and finalizing sales
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers
  • Marketing properties to potential buyers using various marketing skills
  • Focusing on generating new and repeat business
  • Canvassing the local area
  • Door knocking and leaflet dropping
  • Ensuring properties comply with health and safety standards

Essential Skills of a Senior Sales Negotiator

  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
