  • Lead high‑stakes negotiations with senior executives and decision‑makers
  • Build and sustain long‑term client partnerships that generate repeat business
  • Take ownership of your end‑to‑end pipeline, reporting results with precision
  • Operate with autonomy while staying aligned to a high‑performance, values‑driven culture

Qualifications
  • A proven track record of smashing B2B/B2C sales targets and KPIs
  • Experience winning high‑value, complex deals with senior stakeholders
  • Strong commercial acumen and a consultative sales style that converts needs into results
  • Confidence in prospecting, social selling, and digital/phone‑based lead generation
  • Familiarity with the Learning & Development or professional education space (preferred, not essential)
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM
  • Background in L&D sales or marketing
  • Knowledge of post‑graduate qualifications (ILM, NED, coaching, etc.)
