Location: London | Contract: Fixed-Term (12 months)

Are you passionate about reward and analytics, with an interest in global mobility? My client is looking for a Senior Reward & Global Mobility Analyst to join on a 12-month project role, delivering operational excellence and supporting strategic initiatives across compensation and mobility.

What you’ll do

  • Build advanced models for compensation, bonus, and mobility cost analysis.
  • Create dashboards and visualisations (Power BI, Excel) to inform leadership decisions.
  • Support annual pay review, job architecture rollout, and process optimisation projects.
  • Conduct benchmarking, bonus modelling, and market competitiveness analysis.
  • Partner with vendors to deliver seamless global mobility experiences and cost control.

What you’ll bring
