A leading logistics company is seeking a Planning First Line Manager in Northampton. This full-time role involves overseeing contracts, managing staffing requirements, and leading resource planning efforts. We’re recruiting for a Planning First Line Manager for our key customer, in Northampton. This role will Oversee the full lifecycle of site contracts, from translating forecasts into staffing requirements to ensuring workforce alignment with operational demand.
This is a full-time, permanent role working hours of Monday – Friday 8am – 4:30pm
