A leading children's care provider in Manchester seeks a Senior Support Worker for a 2 bedded children’s residential home. This full-time role involves leading a team, ensuring high-quality care, and supporting young people with emotional and behavioral difficulties (EBD). Candidates should hold a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare and have relevant experience. The position offers competitive salary and opportunities for continuous training and development.
Location: Manchester
Salary: £27,144 - £36,192 per annum, plus £52 per sleep
Hours: Full‑time, Permanent
Shifts: 3 x 12 hour shifts – plus sleeps
Successful Senior Residential Support Worker candidates can choose between a 36 hour, 40 hour or 48 hour permanent contract.
