What You’ll Do
  • Build, manage, and deepen relationships with clients and candidates across STEM and engineering sectors worldwide.
  • Design and execute creative recruitment strategies to source and secure top technical talent.
  • Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, including outreach, interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
  • Promote Mercury Hampton’s full suite of consulting and talent solutions, from mapping and diagnostics to performance improvement.
  • Leverage the latest recruitment software and digital platforms to deliver talent solutions efficiently and at scale.
