Central London • 35,000 - 40,000 per annum, including a car allowance and monthly uncapped commission

What you’ll be doing

• Generating new business through B2B calls, meetings, and LinkedIn outreach
• Negotiating fees and terms to maximise your commercial success
• Managing and growing client accounts and their go‑to recruitment partner
• Writing engaging job adverts and using social media to attract candidates
• Sourcing candidates through job boards, referrals, and networking
• Conducting interviews and managing the full recruitment process
• Ensuring compliance with RTW checks and internal processes
• Building long‑term, trusted relationships with clients and candidates
