Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Strong knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 and JCT contracts.
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-site programmes and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial management of planned maintenance and refurbishments.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost plans.
• Take ownership of Cost Value Reconciliations, valuations, and final accounts.
