The Role

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, youll take full commercial command of multiple housing projects from concept to completion. Youll steer cost planning, influence land decisions, champion value engineering, and make sure every pound is working as hard as you do.

Youll also be the commercial link ensuring Health & Safety information flows smoothly keeping sites efficient, compliant, and on track.
