A leading infrastructure services company in Reading is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage subcontractors effectively from agreement through to final account. This role requires a degree in Commercial Management or Quantity Surveying, alongside strong commercial awareness. Responsibilities include producing cost forecasts, monitoring resources, and administering contracts. This role will be within our water and wastewater capital project delivery team. Our teams deliver large-scale capital programmes aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment.

As our Senior Quantity Surveyor you'll be responsible for effective procurement and management of subcontractors, from agreement of terms and conditions, risk attribution and scope through to Final Account.Value and margin maximisation.
Producing CVRs, AFP's and Cost Forecasts.
You'll monitor staff, material, plant and other resources on site.
Administering the bespoke Principal Contract containing, among others, elements of NEC and I Chem E Burgundy Book. Work closely with the operational teams.
