Main responsibilities

• Producing monthly financial, contractual, and management reports
• Monitoring and reporting on bills of quantities, specifications, and project changes
• Liaising with clients on costs, variations, and minor works opportunities
• Supporting tenders, pricing, and commercial strategies with the Contracts Manager

What We're Looking For

• Proven Senior Quantity Surveyor experience (rail environment preferred)
• Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying/Construction
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills
