Senior Quantity Surveyor - Permanent role - £60/65K plus great benefits including - Based in Cheshire - Pharmaceutical and Health Care Projects

Our client is a Design and build engineering consultancy business that has taken huge market share within the UK pharmaceutical and health care design and build sector over the last 10 years and continues to grow due to a strong, solid foundation of clients, projects and work packages.

The role is based at their client pharmaceutical site in Cheshire and offers the chance to work on this and various large and interesting projects.

Required Experience

• Senior Quantity Surveyor who can preparing detailed budgets and cost plans for the projects
• Commercial support of contract analysis and negotiating terms and conditions with clients
• Prepare, submit and manage applications, invoices and variations with the client
• Management of subcontract accounts, including contract administration and general commercial input into projects
• Preparing and monitoring risk analysis schedules and KPI's
• Supporting tendering and estimating new projects
• Liaising with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project goals are met and visit construction sites to monitor progress and manage the valuation process
