A leading construction and engineering firm is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the Natural Resources Team. This role is based in Solihull with options for remote and site working. You will manage the commercial aspects of projects valued between £5m to £30m, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure value maximization and quality standards. A degree in Quantity Surveying and experience with civil projects and NEC contracts are essential. Competitive benefits package available.
We're looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Natural Resources Team working on our Severn Trent framework.
Location: Solihull, with remote and site working
Contract: Permanent, Full Time - flexible hours may be available if desired, just let us know
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be working within the Natural Resources team supporting them in managing the commercial aspects of schemes between £5m-£30m (avg. £10m) in value on capital project resilience and upgrades work to both clean and dirty water treatment plants. Sites stretch across the midlands from Birmingham down to Stroud and across to Northampton.
