Job description

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, including a company car or allowance

Our client is a well-known and established multi-disciplinary main contractor based in Cardiff, specializing in new build residential construction projects typically up to £20 million. They are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the Regional Commercial Director, your responsibilities will include maintaining complete financial control and ensuring that projects are delivered profitably.

This role is suitable for a Quantity Surveyor with the following skills, experience, and background:
