Competitive rates between £450 and £500 per day are offered.

5-Year Capital Delivery Utilities Framework - Bournemouth

£500 per day (Inside IR35, via Umbrella)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading main contractor delivering a long-term, 5-year utilities framework in Bournemouth. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced QS to take full end-to-end commercial ownership across a large portfolio of exciting capital delivery projects.

What you'll be doing :

Managing all commercial aspects from early cost planning through to final accounts

Working closely with operations teams to ensure robust commercial governance

Overseeing subcontract procurement, payments, change management and reporting

Supporting the framework's commercial strategy and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements

What we're looking for :

Strong UK utilities sector experience (water, power, gas or similar)

Proven track record in commercial management on main contractor-side projects

Experience with the NEC suite of contracts

Ability to commute to Bournemouth on a regular basis (local candidates preferred)

Comfortable working inside IR35 through an umbrella company

The rate on offer is £450 to £500, paid via an Umbrella company.
